S for S visits Guangzhou and Shenzhen

A delegation led by the Secretary for Security, Mr Lai Tung-kwok, departed for Guangzhou this afternoon (July 25) for a two-day visit.
This is Mr Lai's first visit to places outside Hong Kong since assuming the post of Secretary for Security. The delegation comprises officials from the Security Bureau, the Hong Kong Police Force and the Immigration Department.
Mr Lai will make courtesy calls on the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department, the Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau and Daya Bay Nuclear Power Operations and Management Co Ltd. He will return to Hong Kong tomorrow afternoon (July 26).
