The Trade and Industry Department announced today (July 24) that as Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 has been lowered at 10.10am, a seminar entitled "Rules for Quality Management: How to Motivate Your Team to Pursue Excellence" to be held this afternoon at 2.30pm at the Lecture Theatre of the Hong Kong Central Library will be held as scheduled. Trade and Industry Department's public services will also resume normal in two hours.
