"Here is an Education Bureau special announcement concerning schools:
As the tropical cyclone warning signal number 8 is now in force, classes of day schools are suspended today.
If the Hong Kong Observatory cancels the tropical cyclone warning signal number 8 by 5pm, classes of evening schools will resume today."
