The Inland Revenue Department announced that as a result of the failure of electricity supply caused by a water mains burst on the 6th floor of Revenue Tower yesterday (July 22), services at the Business Registration Office has been suspended until further notice, including new business registration, change of business particulars, application for and collection of documents, public search and payment of fees.
People should not visit the Business Registration Office for the above services.
Urgent repair works are underway, aiming to resume the services as soon as possible. The department apologises for the inconvenience caused.
