The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) announced that the following programmes scheduled for today (July 22) have been cancelled due to inclement weather condition.
Programme: Chinese Folk Songs and Dance (Arts Group: Muk Lan Song and Dance Group)

Programme: Cantonese Operatic Songs (Arts Group: Cantonese Singing Workshop)
