The existing ticket collection service for customers of URBTIX Internet and telephone credit card booking services at Parsons Music branches provided by Cityline (Hong Kong) Limited will be ceased from tomorrow (July 23), a Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) spokesman announced today (July 22).
After the above service ceases, customers can collect their prepaid tickets purchased on the URBTIX website (www.urbtix.hk) or through the credit card telephone booking hotline (Tel: 2111 5999) with their credit cards from the ticket dispensing machines installed at the 15 LCSD performance venues, the Hong Kong Space Museum, 22 Tom Lee Music branches and AsiaWorld-Expo, or at the URBTIX outlet counters.
