Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (July 21):
The Social Welfare Department has announced that today is a regional flag day. A Drop of Life Limited, Hong Kong Society for the Protection of Children and the Yuen Yuen Institute will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories respectively.
