Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (July 18):
The Social Welfare Department has announced that today is a regional flag day. The Hong Kong Liver Foundation, Hong Kong-Macao Conference of Seventh-Day Adventists and Hong Kong Kidney Foundation Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories respectively.
