Commending the contestants for their distinguished performance, Mr Tsang said at the ceremony that he hoped the winners could deliver the responsibilities of fight crime ambassadors and set good examples to their peers in fighting against crime.

Mr Tsang encouraged the 21 delegates to take the opportunity to share their experience in fighting crime and participate in cultural exchanges with local youths. He also wished them a fruitful visit to Royal Canadian Mounted Police and Vancouver Police Department.

Ms Lee said that Hang Seng was pleased to have sponsored this meaningful competition for the 10th consecutive time as part of its commitment to nurturing young people and equipping them with the skills to become future leaders.

She added that the competition promotes the development of positive values and called on the winners to keep helping the Police fight criminal activity.
