Happy Valley Underground Stormwater Storage Scheme wins 2012 IWA Project Innovation Awards (with photos)

The Drainage Services Department (DSD)'s Happy Valley Underground Stormwater Storage Scheme has won the 2012 International Water Association Project Innovation Awards (East Asia Regional Awards) in the Planning Category.
