To facilitate the holding of a parachute performance, the first and second lanes from the right of Island Eastern Corridor westbound between the down-ramp leading to Hing Fat Street and Victoria Park Road, and the first lane from the right of Tsing Fung Street westbound between Hing Fat Street and Victoria Park Road, will be closed until the end of the event and the traffic lanes are reopened for traffic. During the holding of the event, the Police may implement other traffic diversion and road closure arrangements whenever necessary.

On-street car parking spaces and car parks within the road closure areas will be suspended. Any vehicles found illegally parked within the precinct of the special traffic arrangements specified above might be towed away without prior notice.

The TD anticipates that the traffic from Causeway Bay to Central would be congested. Motorists are advised to avoid driving to the affected areas. In case of traffic congestion, motorists should exercise tolerance and patience, and follow the instructions of the Police. People who plan to go to the affected areas are advised to use public transport services.
