Following is the transcript of remarks by the Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Stephen Lam, at a media session after attending the 26th Graduation Ceremony of Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts today (June 28):
Chief Secretary for Administration: The present administration warmly welcomes the announcement of the Principal Officials for the fourth-term HKSAR Government. Among the Secretaries of the Government, more than half of the new-term administration, the members thereof, have present experience in working in government, either as Secretaries of the Government or as Executive Council members. We therefore believe that with their experience and their dedication they will be able to serve the people of Hong Kong well in the next five years.
