The following is issued on behalf of LegCo Secretariat:
The agenda of the Legislative Council (LegCo) meeting, scheduled for today (June 6) at 11am in the Chamber of the LegCo Complex, has been revised. In addition to the original agenda items, the President has given permission for:
(a) Chairman of the Subcommittee to Study Issues Arising from Lehman Brothers-related Minibonds and Structured Financial Products, Mr Raymond Ho, to present to the Council the "Report of the Legislative Council Subcommittee to Study Issues Arising from Lehman Brothers-related Minibonds and Structured Financial Products" and to address the Council on the Report at the above meeting; and
(b) Mr Philip Wong to present to the Council the "Report on certain issues related to the distribution of Lehman Brothers-related Minibonds and structured financial products" and to address the Council on the Report at the above meeting.
