Appeal for information on missing man in Cheung Sha Wan (with photo)

     Police today (May 29) appealed to the public for information on a man missing in Cheung Sha Wan.

     Lam Hoi-ming, aged 21, went missing after he left his home at Wah Lai Estate in Cheung Sha Wan in the afternoon of May 24. His elder sister made a report to the Police on May 27.

     He is about 1.7 metres tall and weighs about 60 kilograms. He is of thin build with a long face, yellow complexion and short straight black hair. He was last seen wearing a pair of black plastic frame glasses, a blue T-shirt and a pair of brown trousers and with a blue rucksack and an alpenstock.

     Initial enquiries reveal that he is believed to travel to the rural area of Sai Kung.  

     Anyone who knows the whereabouts of the missing man or may have seen him is urged to contact the Regional Missing Person Unit of Kowloon West on 2761 2584 or 9020 6542 or contact any police station.
