Police Recruitment Seminar (with photos)

     Four sessions of Police Recruitment Seminar organised by the Hong Kong Police Force today (May 26) attracted more than 900 participants.

     Held at the Hong Kong Police College, the seminars served to provide one-stop service to candidates and enhance their understanding of the Police Force.

     Through talks, question-and-answer session, and demonstration of physical fitness tests, participants acquired a better understanding of recruitment procedures and general interview skills.

     Initial screening, which included height and weight measurement as well as eyesight test, was also conducted on-site.

     This year, the Force aims to recruit 1 070 police officers, including 180 Probationary Inspectors and 890 Recruit Police Constables who possess the competences required of a police officer, share the same values of the Force and endeavour to become a professional police officer to serve the community.
