Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (May 19):
The Social Welfare Department has announced that today is a regional flag day. The Girls' Brigade Hong Kong, Chinese Evangelical Zion Church Limited and Pok Oi Hospital will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories respectively.
