Members of the public are welcome to visit a two-day exhibition on the Employment Ordinance, the Minimum Wage Ordinance and family-friendly employment practices organised by the Labour Department in Tsing Yi starting tomorrow (May 19).
The exhibition will feature the main provisions of the Employment Ordinance and the Minimum Wage Ordinance, family-friendly employment practices, rights and benefits of foreign domestic helpers and differences between an employee and a self-employed person, etc. Related publications and souvenirs will be distributed, and a short video on family-friendly employment practices will be shown.
The exhibition will be held at Sales Venue C, 2/F, Cheung Fat Plaza, Tsing Yi, New Territories, from 11am to 6pm on May 19 and 20. Admission is free.
