Agenda of today's LegCo meeting revised

The following is issued on behalf of LegCo Secretariat:

     The agenda of the Legislative Council (LegCo) meeting, scheduled for today (May 16) at 11am in the Chamber of the LegCo Complex, has been revised.  In addition to the original agenda items, the Chief Secretary for Administration will present "The Government Minute in response to the Report of the Public Accounts Committee No. 57 of February 2012" to the Council, and the President has given permission for the Chief Secretary for Administration to address the Council on the paper.

     Meanwhile, the Secretary for Transport and Housing has withdrawn the notices of her four proposed resolutions under the following four Ordinances:

(i)  Eastern Harbour Crossing Ordinance (Cap. 215);
(ii)  Tate's Cairn Tunnel Ordinance (Cap. 393);
(iii)  Western Harbour Crossing Ordinance (Cap. 436); and
(iv)  Tai Lam Tunnel and Yuen Long Approach Road Ordinance (Cap. 474).
