Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (May 5):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Hong Kong Aged Concern Limited, the Mental Health Association of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Outlying Islands Women's Association Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories respectively.
