Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (April 28):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Wu Oi Christian Centre, Tseung Kwan O Sion Church Limited and the Evangelical Lutheran Church Social Service - Hong Kong will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories respectively.
