| The Chief Executive, Mr Donald Tsang, and the Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing, attended the Certificate of Presentation Ceremony of the Service Corps programme today (April 26). The Chief Executive presented certificates of appreciation to commend the outstanding performances of members of Phase I of the programme in the provision of voluntary service in Shaoguan City.
