Suspension of Immigration Complaints Hotline service

Due to enhancement work, the Immigration Complaints Hotline service (2824 1551) of the Investigation Sub-division of the Immigration Department at Skyline Tower, Kowloon Bay, will be suspended beginning at 9am tomorrow (April 21) until further notice.
During the period of service suspension, the following options will be available for members of the public to report immigration offences:
* Fax to Immigration Complaints Faxline on 2824 1166;
* Email to anti_crime@immd.gov.hk;
* Online Reporting of Immigration Offences at www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/eservices_b2.htm; or
* Fax to the Information and Liaison Section of the Immigration Department on 2877 7711.
