Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (April 14):
The Social Welfare Department has announced that today is a regional flag day. The Hong Kong Brain Foundation Limited, the Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council and Hong Kong Women Development Association Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories respectively.
