New District Officer for Kowloon City assumes office (with photo)

Mr William Tsui Yiu-leung will assume the post of District Officer (Kowloon City) tomorrow (April 2), succeeding Miss Winky So.
Mr Tsui joined the Administrative Service in 1994. He has served in various bureaux and departments, including the former City and New Territories Administration, the former Works Branch, the former Housing Bureau, the former Health and Welfare Bureau, the Home Affairs Bureau, the former Housing, Planning and Lands Bureau and the Development Bureau.
He was the Assistant District Officer (Kwun Tong) before taking up the new post.
