Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (March 31):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Aberdeen Kai-Fong Welfare Association Limited, the Society for the Aid and Rehabilitation of Drug Abusers and the Hong Kong Buddhist Association will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories respectively.
