With regard to the media enquiries about the discussion at the Executive Council (ExCo), the ExCo Secretariat today (March 17) responds as follows:
According to the principle of confidentiality and practice adopted by ExCo, the SAR Government will not comment on any matter relating to the agenda of and discussion at ExCo meetings.
