Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (March 17):
The Social Welfare Department has announced that today is a regional flag day. Hong Kong Neuro-Muscular Disease Association, Hong Kong Federation of the Blind and Riding for the Disabled Association Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories respectively.
