The Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs (SUCCESS) of the Trade and Industry Department will hold a seminar entitled "Enhancing Competitiveness with Service Excellence" on March 29 (Thursday). The seminar will explore how enterprises can, in the face of the competitive business environment, sharpen their edge by pursuing customer service excellence.
Speakers include the Manager, Customer Service, of the Kowloon Motor Bus Co (1933) Ltd, Ms Stella Lam; the Retail Operations Manager of Shell Hong Kong Ltd, Ms Avis Lau; the Business Development Manager of Mother's Angel Care Service Co Ltd, Mr James Wu; and the Managing Director of Magic Clean Environmental Services Ltd, Mr Quincy Chung. They will share their experience and insights on providing excellent customer service.
The seminar will be held at 2.30pm in the Lecture Theatre, G/F, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong (MTR Tin Hau station, exit B). The seminar will be conducted in Cantonese. Admission is free.
