Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (March 3):
The Social Welfare Department has announced that today is a regional flag day. Hong Kong Southern District Women's Association Limited, Hong Kong Alzheimer's Disease Association and Life Workshop will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories respectively.
