First stage of reduction of Frontier Closed Area implemented (with photos)

The Under Secretary for Security, Mr Lai Tung-kwok, officiated at a ceremony at the Shek Chung Au Check Point at midnight yesterday (February 14), marking the implementation of the first stage of reduction of the Frontier Closed Area.
