Land resumption for Regulation of Shenzhen River Stage 4 - River Channel Works

The Government will resume 57 private agricultural lots with a total area of about 12,450.6 square metres to facilitate the implementation of the Regulation of Shenzhen River Stage 4 - River Channel Works in the northeastern New Territories. The project will cater for the development of the new Liantang/Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point.
A notice for the land resumption was published in the Government Gazette today (February 10).
The project is scheduled to commence in mid-2013 for completion in 2017.
