Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (February 4):
The Social Welfare Department has announced that today is a regional flag day. Methodist Centre, Operation Dawn Limited and Hong Kong Evangelical Church Social Service Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories respectively.
