The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (January 30) that the activity room at Wai Tsuen Sports Centre will be temporarily closed for refurbishment from February 1 to March 5. Other facilities in the sports centre will remain open. During the period, the public may use similar facilities at Tsuen King Circuit Sports Centre, Tsuen Wan West Sports Centre and Yeung Uk Road Sports Centre in the same district.
Meanwhile, the following facilities at Hung Hom Municipal Services Building Sports Centre will be temporarily closed for improvement works during the following periods, while other facilities at the venue will remain open:
