Park art features creative re-use

Craftsmen from the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department have re-used waste such as plastic bottles, mowing machine trimmer lines and paintbrushes to produce lifelike sculptures of indigenous creatures such as pythons, porcupines and wild pigs.
Fifteen such sculptures are on display along a walking trail called "Trace of Hong Kong Wild Animals" at the Lions Nature Education Centre in Sai Kung.
A video and a feature story on news.gov.hk today (January 22) introduce the trail and the craftsmen, who describe how they created these models.
