Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (January 21):
The Social Welfare Department has announced that today is a regional flag day. Eternal Flame Action, the Mongkok Kai-Fong Association Limited and Asian Outreach Hong Kong Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories respectively.
