The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing (right), today (January 13) brought along Lunar New Year food on his visit to the HOPE Centre in Wan Chai. He encouraged members of ethnic minorities to join more activities and services at the centre so that they could integrate faster into the local society and culture.   Close
