The Leisure and Cultural Services Department today (January 12) announced that the opening hours of all public libraries and mobile libraries on Lunar New Year's Eve (January 22) will be the same as those for Sundays, except the Hong Kong Central Library which will close at 5pm.
All public libraries, mobile libraries and students' study rooms will close during the Lunar New Year public holidays from January 23 to 25.
Online internet services of the Multimedia Information System will be suspended from 5pm on January 22 to 9am on January 26 due to system maintenance work.
