LCSD's museums to offer extraordinary ideas for Valentine's Day

     Would you like to experience an extraordinary Valentine's Day this year? This year the museums of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) are offering some great new ideas. Hong Kong Space Museum, Hong Kong Museum of Art, Flagstaff House Museum of Tea Ware and the Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre will jointly organise a series of special programmes for Valentine's Day called "Valentine's Day Delights". By joining a programme, participants will enjoy a special Valentine's Day festival filled with romance and cultural delights.

     The "Valentine's Day Delights" offer a variety of fabulous activities, including blue-print T-shirt workshops allowing couples to create their own unique T-shirts; tea demonstrations; hiking in the Geopark and stargazing at Astropark; a light-graffiti try-out or a tango and music performance. Spend this Valentine's Day to the accompaniment of interesting cultural activities and enjoy a unique experience!

     The activities will take place from February 4 to 14. Details are as follows:

Tea + Tee
Date      : February 4, 5, 11 and 12
Time      : 1pm to 5pm
Activities: Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre -
            Blue-print T-shirt workshop
            (please bring your own digital photos
            or images to be printed on your T-shirt)
            Flagstaff House Museum of Tea Ware -
            Tea demonstration
Quotas    : 20 persons per session
Fee       : $75 per person
