Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (January 7):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Hong Kong Eating Disorders Association Limited, Kwun Tong Resident Association and Hong Chi Association will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
