Suspension of Immigration Complaints Hotline Services

Due to system failure, the Immigration Complaints Hotline (2824 1551) and Immigration Complaints Faxline (2824 1166) services of the Investigation Sub-division of the Immigration Department at Skyline Tower, Kowloon Bay, have been suspended.
During the period of service suspension, the following avenues are available for members of the public to report immigration offences:
* Email to anti_crime@immd.gov.hk;
* Online Reporting of Immigration Offences at
www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/eservices_b2.htm ; or
* Fax to the Information and Liaison Section of the
Immigration Department at 2877 7711.
