| Jointly organised by the Narcotics Division of the Security Bureau, the Action Committee Against Narcotics (ACAN) and the Hong Kong Jockey Club Drug InfoCentre and assisted by the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG), the anti-drug event "Band & Dance Peer Platform" was held today (December 17) at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Piazza.
Officiating guests at the opening ceremony included (from left) Member of the ACAN Sub-committee on Treatment and Rehabilitation Mr Kent Lam; the Chairman of District Fight Crime Committee (Southern District), Mr Leung Ho-Kwan; the Deputy Executive Director of the HKFYG, Ms Amy Fung; the Commissioner for Narcotics, Mrs Erika Hui; the Chairman of the ACAN Sub-committee on Preventive Education and Publicity, Ms Scarlett Pong; and Member of the ACAN Dr Hui Pak-kwan.
