In view of the cold weather, the Home Affairs Department will open 12 temporary shelters for people in need of refuge from the cold this evening.
The temporary shelters will open from 5.30pm to 8.30am tomorrow.
Anyone seeking temporary refuge may call the Department's hotline 2835 1473 for more information.
