Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (December 10):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. The Hong Kong Society for the Deaf, The Hong Kong Award for Young People and Yan Oi Tong Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories respectively.
