During his visit to Seoul today (December 8), the Secretary for Justice, Mr Wong Yan Lung, SC, addressed an audience of businessmen, lawyers, arbitrators and academics to promote Hong Kong's legal services and role as a premier dispute resolution centre in the region. He also met with Justice of the Supreme Court and Minister for the National Court Administration, Mr Cha Han-sung, and President of the Korean Bar Association, Dr Shin Young-moo.   Close
