Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (November 26):
The Social Welfare Department has announced that today is a regional flag day. The Hong Kong Road Safety Association, Christian Action and Fanling Assembly of God Church, Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories respectively.
