The Town Planning Board today (November 18) announced that the Chief Executive in Council has referred five approved outline zoning plans (OZPs) to the Board for amendment to reflect the latest planning proposals in the Kwun Tong (North), Cha Kwo Ling, Yau Tong and Lei Yue Mun, Tsing Yi, Ma On Shan and Pak Shek Kok (East) areas.
Each OZP incorporating the respective amendments will be exhibited for public inspection under the provisions of the Town Planning Ordinance.
The Kwun Tong (North) OZP was last approved by the Chief Executive in Council in July 2010, the Cha Kwo Ling, Yau Tong and Lei Yue Mun OZP was last approved in May 2011, the Tsing Yi OZP was last approved in December 2009, the Ma On Shan OZP was last approved in June 2010 and the Pak Shek Kok (East) OZP was last approved in January 2006.
