Following is a transcript of remarks by the Acting Financial Secretary, Professor K C Chan, at a media session after casting vote at Precious Blood Primary School, Happy Valley this morning (November 6):

Reporter: (cast vote)

Acting Financial Secretary: I cast my vote as a citizen, and I cast my vote as an expression of support of the people who are working for our community. I feel that it is the same kind of feeling as everyone in Hong Kong has. So I do encourage everybody to come out to vote for the candidates of their choice.
