Missing man located

A 50-year-old man who went missing in Wong Tai Sin has been located.
Kwan Shiu-ming was last contacted by his family on October 29. His sister made a report to the Police the next day (October 30).
He returned to his residence on King Fuk Street yesterday afternoon (November 3). He sustained no injuries and no suspicious circumstances were detected.
