The Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau said today (October 31) that the Government Secretariat Tender Box now situated at the lift lobby on the Lower Ground Floor of Central Government Offices (East Wing), 20 Lower Albert Road, Central, will be relocated to the Ground Floor, East Wing (lobby of the public entrance), Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong, on November 7. The Tender Box will continue to operate at its present location (i.e. the Lower Ground Floor of Central Government Offices (East Wing), 20 Lower Albert Road, Central) before its relocation to Central Government Offices at Tamar next Monday.
A spokesman for the bureau advised tenderers to carefully read government tender notices which state the location of the relevant tender box and the deadline for submitting the tenders. Late tenders will not be accepted.
