Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (October 29):
The Social Welfare Department has announced that today is a regional flag day. The Hong Kong Joint Council of Parents of the Mentally Handicapped, Hong Kong Adventure Corps Limited and the Society for the Welfare of the Autistic Persons will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories respectively.
